I tried searching for information on how much it costs to park at the Colonial Parking garage near the Naval Heritage Center at 601 Pennsylvania Ave in the District.
Their website only had monthly rates, so I asked Google. Yelp came to the rescue with this really helpful review by Tara L.:
I drove up to the parking attendant booth to pay, only to find out that they did NOT accept credit cards. What kind of major/chain garage does not accept credit cards?! Grr. Luckily, there was an ATM inside that building. I get some cash and return to find out that parking cost $15 for the 3-4hrs of parking.
Forget that, I'll take the feeble and obnoxiously slow WMATA Metro red line to Metro Center and walk, even though its raining!
